Aching legs and HIV

About 2 and a half months ago I had unprotected sex with a girl in Cambodia. I have been paranoid about this ever since but untill recently have had no cause for concern. However, during the last week I have been experiencing dull aching through out my legs and possibly my testicles and i can not work out why. Maybe im being overly paranoid but could this be anything to do with HIV? if not does it sound characterisic of any over STD? thnaks

If it was unprotected vaginal or anal sex, you test.  See your doctor for your concerns.

the aching comes and goes but lasts all day. I have felt it most in my calves, anckles and the inside of the top of my legs, close to my testicles.
