Acne, shaving

Hello. Thank you for taking my question
I had a sexual encounter with a man of unknown status . Earlier that evening I had shaved , and I have a lot of acne and shaving usualy opens those up and some of them bleed and flare up.
The man pulled out and finished on my face , which I wasn't expecting. I quickly went to the bathroom to clean up. As I was wiping my face with a towel, I noticed some of the acne were red with spots of blood. I'm worried I may have rubbed the semen into the acne and made things worse instead of cleaning myself up.

Please give me your opinion . If he has high viral load dos that make infection more likely? Should I seek PEP

Thank you so much

Do not seek PEP.  Even if he is HIV+ with a high viral load, you had zero risk.  If HIV were that easy to contract, almost everyone would have HIV by now.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You do not need to test.
