Acquiring knowledge

I slept with a man over 10 months ago, we had unprotected sex and 16 weeks later, I had a HIV test and it was negative and then 19 weeks later another and it was also negative. I then gave oral to the same man in April and he ejaculated into my mouth and i swallowed. Does this post a risk of HIV? I know he had a HIV test in February and it was negative but I am curious to know if an act like this can be a risk of HIV? Also, he performed cunnilingus on me.

No and you don't need an HIV test, you never had an exposure.
