Advices on HIV exposures

I am a semi-active 'player' visiting prostitutes and massage parlours girls for a few years. Sometimes blowjob without a condom. However all protected sex when entering the vagina. Recently i have two exposures when visiting thai freelances on last week of Apr 10.

first exposure: the girl is on top of me. As i tried to pull my penis out from her, my penis slipped off the condom and my sperm dropped off from the condom onto my body. I am concerned with my penis coming into contact with her vaginal fluids. I confirmed there is no breakage to the condom as i tested it by filling it with water immediately after the incident.

second exposure: after ejaculating on another thai freelance and pulling out my penis with condom, i saw some blood stains on the bed. This is suffice to say that she might be bleeding when the intercourse happens.

About 2 weeks after the second exposure, i am down with cough and sore throat. Need your advices on my two exposures, pls
