I Think its Hiv or an std

I have been having testicle pain aswell as pain inside of my urethra on and off randomly throughout the day.. for about 3 weeks now... i recently have also gotten sick, dry cough & congestion, sore throat, stuffy nose, headaches & lightheaded randomly. Also had joint pain in my knee for the first time ever. I dont know if this is all connected... the only sexual activity i ever engaged in was recieving oral analingus for a couple of minutes several weeks ago. Could this be sign of HIV or an Std?

no risk for HIV. I cannot answer any of the other questions regarding sti or knee pain.  from personal experience though, testicle pain is no fun. My dr recommend I start wearing boxers instead of my boxer briefs  and looser fitting short and pants. this is only after getting an ultrasound to make sure the swelling was nothing serious.

your problems are not due to HIV though.

No, it can't because no form of oral including with blood and cuts is any risk for HIV. you interact with others who cough on your lips and door knobs so being sick is to be expected at any time, and health maladies are not scheduled as you think your knee pain should be.
