So, as MEIA and EIA reactive, it meant most chances i have HIV?
No such thing as weakly reactive.
There are no numbers for any HIV-1, or HIV-2 or Western blot, it just says, reative, reactive and weekly reactive, but HIV-1 p24 Antigen Screen says: Non-reactive
Dr. said he need to check level of HIv in blood thats why 2nd blood test
is there posibilities that HIv-1 and HIV-2 if reactive and WB weekly reactive, my 2nd test can come as non-reactive?
Dr. who took test were recemended by Immigration and test were done in Ministry of Health and long - term care laboratories branch
they re-took blood test to know what is status,
Can I talk to you? I can call you, I am in Toronto, Canada, my email: ***@****
That should have read indeterminate.
Now come on you aren't talking to someone that doesn't know about testing and how to read the results. Western Blots are never weakly reactive. You get a positive, negative or intermediate result on a Western Blot. What were the numbers on the MEIA test?
my
HIV 1 Western Blot - Weekly Reactive
Not reactive, i made mistake posting question
My report what i got from Dr says:
HIV 1/2 Screen MEIA - Reactive
HIV-1/HIV-2 Supplemental EIA - Reactive
HIV 1 Western Blot - Reactive
HIV 1 p24 Antigen Screen - NonReactive
there is nothing else, I am in toronto, Canada, got married after living 1 year with my partner. and we were applying for immigration when my medical report for HIV came as mentioned above.
Dr. gave me books on HIV and said will refer to counselr. if needed after 2nd test.
He said it may be not possitive, but the way he was talking n giving information I feel, I am on the HIV list.
What were the numbers on the test.
My Dr. took blood test again and asked to wait untill 2nd result, he said it can be, it can not be.
What does you test actually say?
