Ars symtpoms?

hello,(forgive my english i dont speak well).
i heave read in many medical sites that sneezing, coryza and/or runny nose are not typical sypmtoms of ars.i am very confused though because many doctors support the idea that some people might  have very mild symptoms and even a runny nose maybe mean that a person is infected with hiv.
i had a sexual contact with a person(that became my boyfriend) and some weeks later i had fever for one day(38,5) and a heavy cough that lasted a week or more and all this ended up with a runny nose and sneezing.
after two months i got sick again, no fever but swollen lymph nodes, sore throat and again strong cough and an extremely stuffy nose.this situation again ended up with a lot of sneezing.the doctor gave me antibiotics(are they effective in case of ars?).
i am worried because i rarely got sick specially two times in a year.
the person i had contact with, told me that he had been tested for his last girlfriend for hiv a month or more after they had sex so he s clean.is this period enough for the elisa test to show if a person is hiv negative or positive?
is there any case that my symptoms were a coincidence?
i am really sorry for the long question,it s the first time i ak for help in a forum and that is  because i am really scared.
thank you very much.

1. Symptoms are not the indicator of HIV infection. Almost every member here in the forum complaints about genuine HIV ARS symptoms however bags a series of negative HIV tests at the end of the day

2. 84 days time is the window period, if one thinks that he/she was potentially exposed to the virus should wait for 42 days for an indicative result and back up the same with a 84 days test.

3. You should get yourself tested at 12 weeks, only HIV test can tell if one's infected and not symptoms

1. You are overreacting.
2. Your symptoms don't suggest HIV at all.
3. Since you are concerned, I do recommend taking an HIV test, but you should expect a negative result.
