An oral sex with a HIV patient

Dear doctor:
I am afraid of being infected so much.Yesterday I have oral sex with a man who has great possiblity of having HIV. Meanwhile my mouth has cuts and wound, maybe with bleeding and dental ulcer. But he didn't cum in my mouth and there was no wound in his penis.Knowing that the man may have Hiv, I nearly go mad. Is there huge possiblity for me to have HIV from him ?And what should I do ?
Sincerely

Chances are you have nothing to fret about.I had oral with a Johannesburg prostitute early last year, just tested now and I am NEGATIVE.They say the oral cavity is not an efficient transmission channel for HIV.I read on the professional HIV forum that our chances are 1 in 10,000.I was worried but I was worrying for nothing.Best regards.
