ARS, swollen glands three area, flu

Hello,

I had a vaginal sex with my girlfriend. But it is first time with my this girlfriend and i dont know lots of thing about her life before me...
And also my partners vaginal liquid transmitted my hands and in my finger, there was small a scurf...

After 14 days later, very strong  muscle aches had started. I had  swollen glands( lymph nodes) in groin, under my chin, and armpit. they are enough big and hard. I am sure i did not have these before... And i can feel all of them.  They are still existed. And also For three days i had a rash on my hip for three days...And also i have pain abdoman(abdomen, kidney area)
And also seven week later  flu(grippe) is started i have fever, very fatigue, cough and nose run...Really strong...

My tests are;
HIV 1/2 P24 antigen COMBO Test 23rd day Negative
HIV 1/2 P24 antigen COMBO Test (ELFA test is written) 41st day Negative

And questions;
A) If i were inflected both hepatit B and hiv... Does it change the seroconvertion time. And does it affect to test time?

B) If it is necessary when i have to go for a test?

Please help me, my symptons are really strong... I think they are all sound like ARS. Am i true?  I have never lived that kind of symptons in my life...Swollen glands are afraid me too much because they are getting bigger and located  different three area... And also i have never lived that kinf of flu before...
Is it sound like HIV or any STD or something else...

Lastly, sorry for my English...You know it is not my mother language..

Thanks for your all answer....

What about the DUO at 23 Days.  How reliabile would this test be at picking up a recent infection.

The identical questions have been asked and answered repeatedly.  Most important, symptoms that seem like HIV are never useful in judging the chance someone is infected, because every single symptom that occurs commonly with ARS occurs much more from innumerable, generally mild medical conditions.  Second, blood test results ALWAYS outweigh symptoms.  For practical purposes, it is impossible to have a new HIV infection with symptoms and still have a negagive antibody test at 6 weeks (41 days); and you also had a negative P24 antigen test, which increases the reliability still further.

Infectious mononucleosis sounds like a possibilty for some but not all the symptoms you describe.  Any number of other viral infections could be responsible.  You need to stop trying to figure this out by searching websites or asking online forums.  See a health care provider.  In the meantime, you can forget HIV as the explanation.
