Any chance of infection?

Hello, I was spat on by a crazy homeless man few days ago. Didn't notice whether there was blood in his saliva or not and washed it away after 20 minutes. The spit landed on my neck where has some bleeding acne. Is blood test needed? Can anyone help me cuz I'm now extremely worried about it?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

Saliva doesn't transmit HIV, even if the saliva has some blood in it.  You will never have to worry about HIV if you avoid the two risks I mentioned above.
