Any opinions or help

I recently just started getting paranoid.  I am 36 year old female trying to conceive w/ my fiance of 9 1/2 years.  Having some issues conceiving so went to specialist who wants me to get bloodwork done...which includes hiv.  I have never been tested (always scared) my df was tested 8 years ago-negative.  I have been looking at symptoms and am freaking out.  I dated someone 10 years ago for a year and a half who I later found out was very promiscuous with other women.  The other concern was w/ sex 19 years ago in which I got pregnant.  All other times was pretty protected.  Both men were not iv drug users or bisexual; However my problem is that since 1988 I have had issues w/ vaginal infections. I had a chronic yeast infection for 6 months after first incident. Then just on and off discharge for about ten years w/ minor burning hear and there.  Then around 8 years ago or before started getting bacterial vaginosis rather frequently every time I had sex w/ my partner and still to this day will have one severe case a year that needs medically treated but minor odor and minor pain usually a day after intercourse.  When I read that these types of infections are very common in women with hiv I have been flipping out.  Also I have never had an abnormal pap smear.  it is mostly guys on this forum so I am not sure if anyone can help me!!!!  Scared and don't want to test.
