Any risk posed in the situation?

Hello guys,
I would like to take your assessment on a situation that I encountered. I am a married man, and I want to know if this is something worth going to the doctor for. I was in NY to visit some friends and visited a strip club on that day. I received a couple of lab dances by different girls while there. Then, before I left, I received a private session with on of the dancers. She unzipped my pants and starting touching my penis with her hands, then she undressed my shirt and covered my penis with it while still trying to make me ejaculate. I had an erection but didn't ejaculate. The session ended, and I left. Two days later, I noticed a small stain on my shirt that for some reason I think might be blood from one of the dancers in the club. If my assumption is correct, and there was a very small drop of blood from one of the dancers on my clothes, and it came into contact with my penis while covered with the shirt. Could I be infected in any way with anything ? Please, let me know your take on this and if I should visit my doctor to confirm before I proceed any sexual activities with my wife. Your answers are greatly appreciated.

No risk.. I have learnt a great deal here.. If bare penis is not in mouth, rectum or vagina .. You can not catch hiv as simple.
