Bathroom hookup

I was out one night and ended up with hooking up with my friend in the bathroom of the club. After all was said and done I noticed in the stall we were in there was some blood around us it looked like it was wet and it was not from either  of us.  My question is if the blood had gotten on the guys hands/finger that I was hooking up with and he got it in my anus/vagina when he fingered me would there be a chance of getting HIV?

If the answer is no why is this not possible?
1. Would the amount of time the blood was there make a different?
2. Would the amount of blood matter?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

So basically HIV transmission has to be done immediately inside the body.  You not going to get it by accidently touching something and not realizing and then touching yourself?

Yes it is immediately. You didn't have an HIV exposure.

Okay.  Is it immediately? Cause this is where I get confused there are some sites that it does take like 30 secs to minutes.   And we went into the stall directly after the person before us.

once exposed to air, hiv becomes inactive and unable to infect
