Last September 8, 2010, I donated blood. The blood was screened negative for HIV 1 and 2, Syphilis and Hepatitis B and C. I had a high risk activity last August 19, 2010. It involves an unprotected anal sex with a male stranger. I was the "top." My question: Is the blood screening last September 8, 2010 a reliable one to secure that I'm free from HIV at this point?
I had been anxious for weeks already. I recently had a rapid test HIV 1-2 antibody test last September 22, 2010 and it produced a "non-reactive or negative" result. I hope someone will reply specially those in the medical field like physicians who specializes in HIV. Thank you,
