Concerned about getting infected. Please help !!

6 days back I have 2 sexual encounters in 2 nights with commercial sex workers. Both of them were protected sex. With one of them, I briefly performed oral sex on her for 4-5 seconds but then stopped. The condom on both occasions was completely intact and I saw the sperm inside the condom at the end. My worry is that the first encounter was with a street hooker but she cleaned herself with a shower before and after the intercourse. Now am I getting paranoid about getting HIV and havent been able to sleep or think of anything else. Based on the above, do you think I stand at risk of getting HIV or anything else?

I was checking various things online and some say that oral sex cannot cause HIV but some say they can potentially. Please help me since I am not able to think of anything else.

If you continue to scour the internet for answers, you WILL find websites that state all sorts of statistics for contracting HIV from oral sex.

Your risk for having contracted HIV has been assessed as ZERO for both the protected vaginal sex AND the oral sex.

There has never been a documented case of anyone contracting HIV from oral sex. You are not going to be the first.

You need to have an STD panel done. Speak to your doctor or an HIV clinic for testing protocols.
YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV
Accept our assessment or please move on.

Well, I'm certainly glad that you used condoms! Protected sex is not a risk for HIV.  Sounds like you realize that.  Oral sex is also not a risk.  Please know that no one has ever gotten HIV from oral sex.  It's passed from unprotected vaginal or anal sex, sharing of needles and from mother to child. So, you do not need to worry about HIV from the oral sex that you had.  Best

Thank you very much both for your kind words. It has been around 7 days since a possible exposure. Is there any test which I should do which can potentially be accurate? I don't know why but I am getting completely freaked out right now and not able to think of anything else. The reason being that there are forums / websites which say that there is a 3% chance of getting HIV through oral sex as well on a female

You had PROTECTED sex with both women and the condom did not fail. NO RISK FOR HIV and NO NEED TO TEST.

Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV as there are bacteria and enzymes in human saliva which render the virus inactive. (Unable to infect)
Oral sex can be a risk for other STI's. Please post to our STD Forum for advice.
