Even with a cut in your mouth or bleeding gums, you had no risk for HIV. HIV is not able to infect once it is outside the body, so blood on surfaces or in water is not a risk for HIV.
Risks are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.
That's it. Nothing else you can think of is a risk.
