As you requested, here is my answer to your question: I agree with Chapeau and the others here who have said that there is no risk from this situation.
Crystal, this would be classified as incidental contact, or, otherwise known as an environmental "exposure". The simple fact of the matter is that HIV is not transmitted in this way, not ever. If it were this easy to get the virus, everyone of us would certainly have it by now. Fortunately, it is not.
Nothing to worry about and the blood could have been your own...you will not catch HIV this way and if it were me I would not test.
Thanks for the answer, but the napkin did go inside my nose, or mucus membrane.
So does that change the risk?

Not a chance you need to worry about this-it's not a viable means of transmission / contraction. O--C-D...is the culprit here.
