Blood on hand

Hello, I was at a party the other day and noticed that I had either blood or red Mio water enhancer (which there was at the party) on my fingers near my knuckles which I assume came from shaking hands. As soon as I noticed, I immediately washed my hands with soap and water without further examination. Is there any risk of catching anything through a wart that had been picked at (no blood drawn, just enough to pick the dry skin off)?

Thank you

You've been given two excellent and accurate answers already, but the more the merrier.

You NEVER had a risk and do NOT need to test.

I would urge you to educate yourself about HIV.

No risk at all my friend. No risk. You don't have HIV. Not sure how much more reassurance you can get. The only reason to test would be for psychological support. No medical reason/risk factor to test. I still don't recommend testing.

Are there any additional responses? Just for reassurance?

Thanks

No risk. HIV transmission occurs only by unprotected vaginal or anal sex or by sharing IV needles. Nothing to worry about.
