Teak, Lizzie or Nurse Girl, Please respond, I need to know your opinion

I wrote to Dr. Bob on the body.com and have read that site, Aidsmeds and MedHelp almost daily for the last 6 months or more.  Thank you all for giving of your time to help us worried folks out here.  Since this is a kissing question, I'm sure that is why Dr. Bob didn't respond to my two inquiries and I'm pretty sure I know what you all will say but my symptoms are going on and on and on.  I know you say they don't mean a thing but...they are so real.  Started a while back around May with burning mouth--changed overnight it seemed, blurry vision, mild sweats at night and I had a sore throat that started for a few days in Mid May (last kiss around mid to late May) and then came back for most of June and most of July which allergist said was post nasal drip.  I was very sick during June (took steroid for couple weeks for allergies and nasal drip), July and some of August.  Have lots of gastro problems, very noisy stomach, gas and diarrhea which has been for several months.  Finally started anxiety meds two months ago and think the burning throat is getting better but I just can't shake the fear of all these symptoms and the diarerhea that still exists.  I get white spots on the inside of my gums and know the swab test checks there, I feel that since my gums have changed and that is how the test works, it's just really scarry.  Also have a white discharge that seems like it could be a yeast infection but is not traditional as I don't have any itching, etc.  I just want to know your thoughts.  Since I have some gum recession with small cracks between teeth and gums am I more at risk for trasmission via kissing?  How about if I flossed and person I kissed flossed shortly before kissing?  What if the person has high viral load and severe gum disease does that mean it can be transmitted easier?   Can Anxiety cause all of these symptoms including a discharge?  I've been extremely anxious and read so much about signs and symptoms on the internet, which I know is a no,no.  The person I kissed is very elusive and secretive, as if they are hiding something.  I just want to put his behind me and get back to normal, please tell me your thoughts.  Thank you in advance!

No matter what means exactly that. It doesn't matter if the individual has acute infection or has advanced AIDS. Kissing is not a risk however you spin it.

The position of this forum on kissing is clear and will not change.

Thank you Vance.  Please anyone answer this follow up.
I know that kissing is said to be no risk is that true whether the person would be in window period or have full blown disease?  I just can't shake the symptoms even though I'm on anxiety medicines and all.  I thought I was getting better but now symptoms seem to be more and more (diarhea pretty frequently and burning throat and stomach pains, etc.) Please tell me what you think.  I respect your opinions greatly.   Thank you!
