Breakthrough bleeding question

Could someone infected by HIV experience breakthrough vaginal bleeding while on the pill?  This is in combination to slight chest pains, nausea and weight loss.  These symptoms occurred about nine months after possible exposure to the virus.

I get my results on Tuesday.  But at the moment I am soooooo worried I can't stop crying.
I have such a bad feeling.
Anyway, I was just wondering how likely these symptoms were nine months after exposure.
