Quesion

I am 35 years old. In last April,I had oral sex with double condom with someone who I did not recognize her, also, I put my penis between of her legs from back side (did not have vaginal or anal sex). During the oral sex, she suck my penis and licked my legs and testicles by her tongue. Moreover, before the sex I shaved the area as well as my testicles. Now, appear some skin spots in the area that she licked. During the last week, I was using some anti-fungal medicine, but did not have any effect and they extended. I am really worry about HIV because I read some text in the internet that may transmit the infection from blood in her mouth (due to brushing or many other reasons) to any cut in my testicles or legs (due to shaving before sex). Hence, please let me know whether I have been infected through the situation or not (how much is the risk ?), and also please help me to know that whether the patches are any symptom of STDs.

Thank you

No.

For HIV to be transmitted in this manner you would need deep open wounds which are actively bleeding.  She would need large quantities of blood for transmission to occur.  Saliva is an extremely poor medium for the survival of HIV.  You have nothing to worry about.

HIV is only transmitted in three ways:

Unprotected penetrative sex
Injection into the bloodstream (i.e. IV needles)
Mother to child.
