No, you absolutely did not.  The person who told you to test doesn't know what he's talking about and in fact, still has concerns of his own.   You had no risk and testing would be a waste of time and money.

Because I've pretty much always been a worrier I don't think I can change it . My mind is very good at looking for problems and then overthinking them to the point where if becomes a huge problem . Like this Lap dance situation wasn't a big deal until I told myself "what if" this happened or penetrated without knowing even though every where I look the experts say it's not possible then I'll move on to something else like holes in pants lol

We're loosing focus here, the point isn't if it's theoretically possible to have vaginal intercourse while wearing clothes.

The point is assessing your risk and RubyWitch did that in the best possible way time ago.

You just rubbed your genitals and that's not penetration, that's rubbing and it's not a risk for HIV.
