I tested HIV rapid blood test blood taken from my finger and test brand is onsite ctk biotech and I cannot find any FDA approval or sensitivity of the kit, is all rapid kits good sign I don’t have HIV if done after 14 months after exposure?


I contracted herpes and shingles outbreaks

Hello, your tests were conclusive as our members have already stated indicating you do not have HIV.  Speaking to your doctor about anxiety would be wise at this point.  We wish you the best.

Why do you say you wish?  That's illogical. ALL HIV tests are accurate when taken 3 months and beyond. You tested negative with this test you say you took? That means you ARE negative.  If you can't accept that, please talk to your doctor about anxiety.

I said I wish because after I took the test my doctor said to me it’s better to do the test at the lab with 4gen test he said he don’t trust rapid tests


He scare me

Then I started googling again about the brand of the rapid test kit I took  which is not FDA approval

It’s called (onsite ctk biotech) which make me can’t stop thinking again

No one can sell a test in the US that hasn't been approved. The first step to peace is to stop googling cold turkey so you can move on.

I went to their website

The test I took not selling inside the USA

They put a note said that is only for export


I live in Kuwait

And I thing hospital in Kuwait where I did the test they buy the test from US

What do you think?

I did Ag/Ab hiv1&2   20 months after I had high exposure unprotected anal with very strange rush on my back
