how much was it with insurance?
do you think a couple hundred dollars or more then that?
so you guys. Do you have any ball park idea to how much a cd4 test costs without insurance and if you have insurance will it cover for such tests? And where would one go to get an immune panel test or cd4/cd8 test? Can any doctor have these tests done at a lab or do you have to go to a specialist in hiv or immune system?
Yes, as chris said, "once you have it you'll always have it."
No ive never been diagnosed with sinus problems? why? I do howerver after i eat hot or spicy or drink a couple beers i get a runny nose or even in the morning i get a runny nose. I had never heard of a non-hiv aids. you learn something new everyday. So if someones cd4 was under 200 which equals to aids and they test negative for hiv antibodies then hiv is not the cause of the low cd4 count? So someone who was infected with hiv and due to having hiv had there cd4 count drop below 200 then if they take hiv antibody tests they would still test positive?
Yes, it's possible for someone to go to the defination of AIDS in three years after being infected with HIV.
If someone's CD4 was less then 200 and they kept test negative for HIV antibodies. Then HIV is not the cause of their low CD4.
