Scared

Hi Sir, Two days back, I went to fasting blood test to the laboratory,The laboratory person first banded with rubber strap to  the hand and extracted the blood from the needle and went off,  later I observed some scratches are there where the rubber strap was placed.

I was now worried if that rubber strap have any sharp pin and have some blood with hiv fluids(As HIV fluids live in laboratory conditions) ... Please suggest I am at risk now and PEP is required.???
