Handjob, tiny hangnail, risk of HIV?

Yesterday I met a boy of around 20yrs old in the train. I am a bi-sexual person. I was very cautious about sex , though, after few eye contacts with him, I could not resist myself from rubbing his penis from outside his touser. Later, after few minutes, I entered my left hand from his belly and trouser and hold his hard penis and rubbed it again. Thats it. Then he went down from train in his relevant station. In this process, I felt a very little wetness in the palm of the hand. It at all it was precum, it was nearly invisible. I waited another 5 min and washed my hand with the water from my water bottle in the bag. I thoroughly checked my left hand and it was with no cut at all. Though ,in the next morning I foung a tiny hangnail in the middle fingure of my right hand. I dont know before washing my hand, the little precum was accidentally touched my tiny hangnail or not? It yes, is there any chance of infection?
