Im very scared I may have hiv

I had a fever and sore throat two weeks after I bottomed with another man. He did not ejaculate into me but maybe precum. The thing that confuses me is kind of the symptoms themselves. They lasted a week. Except what I found odd was the fever I had did not cause me any head pain, or sweats. I also had no muscle pain or fatigue. All it was was a fever. The soar throat was not severe at all and barely hurt. Three days before I got these symptoms I also made out with another person. Is it possible to have gotten a virus from making out with someone. This was definitely not what I would call the worst fever I ever had. Really didnt bug me much at all. Anyway some advice would be appreciated.

You have to test to know your status, we can't guess and say what it is doing.

Guess I cant tell if the itchyness is due to a weakened immune system and its my genital herpes causing it or maybe its another std

I have more things going on with my body now. I have genital herpes is it possible that if I was infected with hiv recently that it could already be messing up my immune system. I have had a dry cough for a few days and for two days it was kind of annoying to swallow. I also am feeling itchy all over my body. The itchy feeling is coming and going. I may have got another std through oral I think. Would hiv effect the immune system enough right away to already mess with my genital herpes if say I was infected only a month and a half ago?

You can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.

That is more likely to be. Sometimes, there are coincidences when we really don want them....and half of that is because of anxiety!

Yes Ive learned a lesson. I just was expecting if it is hiv to get much sicker. I really hope I somehow got infected with a virus from kissing the person I did a few days earlier.

And fever is not symptom of HIV. There is not such a thing like universal symptoms of HIV.

You can go test right now with agab test (duo test or antigen ws antibody test). After that, you can retest with antibody only test at or after 12 weeks. It is important to know that HIV is not transmited in every sexual contact! But please, use condom next time, ok?
