Chance of HIV with an injury
A technician came home to repair my tv. while changing one of the parts, he got injured with a sharp edge of a circuit. after some time of around 2-3 minutes, i also got an injury with the same part. Can you please tell me the risk of HIV transmission here if he is positive

You do not need to test for a disease that you cannot possibly have. No risk, no test.
