I assume that a CD4 of 1845 and CD4% of 59% can give you a good degree of confidence that one is not infected?
For starters, there is simply no way that you could have HIV with this array of negative tests. The symptoms that you describe could be caused by a large number of problems, many of which are not infectious. Your symptoms are not typical of HIV.
You will need to look elsewhere for answers. If you still have a rash, a dermatologist may be helpful, alternatively a good internist may be of assistance. EWH
Also, my girlfriend experienced similar symptoms to me. That prompted us to both get a CD4 count - mine was 489 with a CD4 % of 46% which freaked me out. Although hers was 1845 with a CD4 % of 59% which gave me some hope that she is not infected
