further clarrification

hi doc. most of my situation was answered by dr. cummings. i just wanted some further clarrification and had an additional quest about seborrheic dermatitis with regards to hiv.
Background: all my encounters were with asian massage parlour girls in LA with unkown hiv status even though they state "they r clean". i had one oral and vag encounter with condom 2.5yrs ago. i tested neg on ELISA  and WB 2 months after and rapid test neg 5 months (total after poss exposure) after. in the last 1.5yr i had protected oral sex five times. did not see any sores or blood on any of the codoms and they looked intact after. i have never experienced a condom ripping but from what i gather on this site is if they rip u will notice and there is no such thing as tiny holes. i have a gf this whole time and we have unprotected sex. i thought i was ok since i was neg on my tests and i thought oral with a condom was safe. but lately she developed seb derm on her scalp and a little on her ears. and all i see is seb derm linked up is with hiv. we have not had any other flu like symptoms, loss of weight (actually gained weight), fatigue, or swollen nodes this whole time. she does get hives on her hands and feet sometimes but she a lot of allergies. so here is my questions:
1. do i need to go get tested again? (dr. cummings said if i was having unprotected oral with others i should) but all have had condom on.
2. how common is seb derm in a person in there early 30's?
3. what stage of hiv and other symptoms u might see with seb derm?
i feel so damn stupid and i really care for this girl. im really anxious. dr. cummings said its my guilt getting to me. i just need some more expert advice, that would be much appreciated. im not doubting dr cummings info and i appriciate his responses. like i said im a nervous wreck!
thank you

I think both dr sean and dr Hook have misread the point that your exposures were only protected oral (insertive)  and not any other activity. I was looking for Drs responses too for this type of exposure (protected insertive oral only without any penetrative sex) and i found many answers by both dr HHH & dr Hook that it is zero risk.

Welcome to our Forum.  I suspect these questions should have been rightly directed as follow-up to Dr. Cummings.  Since you paid, I will briefly address them.  Before I do however, let me point out that while there is an association between seborrheic dermatitis and HIV, seborrheic dermatitis is also a VERY common condition in persons who do not have HIV and in fact, the VAST MAJORITY of person with seborrheic dermatitis do not have HIV., With that lead in, let's address your conditions:

1.  Your sex outside of your relationship was condom protected, thus I see no reason for emergent HIV testing.  HIV testing is always a good idea for person who have multiple sex partners as "screening".  Although the likelihood of infection is extraordinarily low, as a matter of personal protection, we recommend annual testing for anyone who has had two or more sex partners in the past year (we consider this to be health maintenance- we also recommend you get your blood pressure and cholesterol checked regularly).

2.  I don't have a precise estimate.  A dermatologist could provide this.  Quite common however- far, far more common than HIV.

3.  Typically, advanced HIV, not with early infection.

I hope my comments help. Your risk is miniscule.  Your level of guilt however is not.  I suggest you focus on this. EWH

Dr. Hook does any of ur answers change since all my five oral encounters are protected and insertive only? i did not perform any oral sex on these massage girls. i also came to the realization that im totally neg from my initial protected vag/insertive oral encounter. which was my only one and havn't had anyother one besides my gf. thank you again doc for ur initial responses. im still getting use to this site and dont mean to abuse it or use it in the wrong way.
(Not sure if i have to pay again for a quick response, if i do will someone let me know how)
