Concerened with typical problem

"Dear Doctor,
I am male 36 years old.
I had been to a club and went with a prostitute on 04-April-2015.
Point to be in specific the day I went there I cleaned my unwanted hairs which was there near by pennies and under. When I was shaving there were very very minor cut which I could experience when I put the after shave lotion.
She blowed my pennies with a condom. After that I removed that condom and then put a new condom where thet I had to do the manly job she being in the top and 2-3 minutes later I ejaculated and noticed that the condom was only 3/4 inserted and then I notied that her vaginal fluid was top of my condom and few which was coming down.
Immediately After that I had taken out my condom and washed with water and had a bath.
After 2 days I experienced night sweats, red rashes back of my neck and toungue with white color stuff inside.
These I experienced for 2 more days and then I am feared now if I am infected with Hiv Positive.
I also went for testing on 15-April-2015 and the result was NEGATIVE.
But now also I experience some small red rashes which comes for 1-2 hours and then vanishes.
Sometimes I feel that my pennies inside is bit itchy.
I also felt some tingling in my hands and also legs.
Please let me know If I am infected with Hiv and when should I go for further test to get the corrrect and appropriate result.
Is that good to have sex with my partner.
Thanks much in advance.

You had PROTECTED oral sex.  NO RISK AND NO NEED TO TEST

You had PROTECTED vaginal sex. NO RISK AND NO NEED TO TEST.

As long as the tip of your penis was covered, you had no risk.

Your physical symptoms are consistent with anxiety.
