September 2015 I was diagnosed with pulmonary tb by ct scan (my sputum was and always remained negative. Hospitalized, had hemoptysis, was blood transfused on 3.09.2015. Doctor said tb patient can have hiv so hiv 1&2 and western blot was done two days after transfusion. All came Non-reactive. Left hospital on 16.09.15 with tb medicines. After a month went to a reputed hospital of our country for confirming tb. Doctors did all the test. They also gave elisa 3rd generation hiv test .It was after 45 days of blood transfusion. Came negative result. Tb was concluded and told to continue medicines for 9 months. I did complete the medicine course being always scared of MDR tb by googling on net, every 2 months doctors visit, multiple ct scan and xray. Doctors said an old scar is remaining and you are healed. Still I irritated the doctors by going there in every 3 month or so.In september 2017 I had dengue fever(almost 103 °F for 2 days then decreased gradually to 99 °F on day 7th and then then became normal) and hospitalised for 10 days, blood platelets increased (from 37k to 2 lac 27k per mm3). After that dengue I was experiencing little cough and nasal congestion and patches on tongue that comes and goes. Went to doctor again x ray, ct scan in search of tb. Doc said all ok gave allot of antibiotics for cold thinking of bacterial infection .Recently from april 2018 till now I am experiencing pain in neck, armpit and thigh region (not groin area)and elbow sometimes.I think this is lymph node pain along with those nasal congestion and patches on tongue that comes and goes. Moreover when I go outside in sun and come back I feel nasal congestion and throat pain that clears on its own .Also experiencing fatigue like unable to anything. No fever and coughing decreased. I am not an active person and dont do much exercise(never really exercised in that sense though) . Gained two kg in last 3 months, I am 5'55" male, 22 years, 62 kg in weight, unmarried, never ever in life had any sexual encounter. MY concern is hiv from that blood transfusion. WAS ELISA test ok to say anything about status? SHOULD I GO FOR ANOTHER TEST DEPENDING ON MY RECENT SYMPTOMS? Please help me out with your kind reply. Thank you.
