Concerned of unprotected encounter

I know this may sound stupid, but please someone help me because I'm worried sick.

I'm female, from Greece, and 10 days ago I had unprotected encounter with a guy whose HIV status I can't confirm, although he claims to have been tested a few months ago, but I don't believe him.
I accidentally put the condom on him not properly so he put it back properly (i'm sorry for my english), so I assume that there was some contact with pre-ejaculation fluid, although he claims that his penis was dry.
Then the encounter took place. I'm not sure if the condom was intact afterwards, but he pulled himself before ejaculation.
Also the guy has developed a gum disease and he brushed his teeth right before the encounter, and he had a dentist treatment the same day that the encounter took place.
I also have bleeding gums some times during brushing and some times I feel my blood in my tongue and spit blood along with saliva randomly. I didn't perform oral sex to him but there was some deep kissing and he performed oral sex to me.

I cannot confirm his HIV status since he's no longer in the picture.

I cannot believe that I let myself have this kind of encounter, and I need to know if I am exposed to any danger.

Thanks in advance

Now that I am sick with pus on tonsil, fever 100F max, sore throat and lumps on my lymph nodes, can I take a 4th generation ELISA on 28 days, which is the day after tomorrow, even if I'm still sick?

Move along, you never had a risk and didn't need testing.

Thank you Teak for your immediate response, your contribution to this forum is quite valuable :-)

I would just like to ask you one last thing. Your answer that I never had an exposure is pretty confident.
So, is it the low viral load of pre-ejaculatory fluid or the fact that the fluid was exposed to air, even for a few seconds that makes you so sure?
It's not that I have convinced myself that I am positive, I just want to make sure I understand completely your logic to my risk assessment.

I of course have scheduled getting tested in 8 weeks but it's too much time and I need to calm down a bit in order to deal with my other obligations.

Sorry to bring it up again, but I can't reach my physician, she is on holiday leave.
Is there some minimum time required for the virus to become inactive outside the host?
I keep reading that it can survive for several minutes and my encounter did not take that long to occur, probably less than a minute or 30 seconds.

Thanks a lot Lizzie for the immediate response, although I still need an answer from a doctor to feel relieved, no offense :-)

hiv is not transmitted outside it's host.  once exposed to air, it becomes inactive and unable to infect.

you had NO risk...NONE

The outside of the condom has likely touched his pre-ejaculation fluid before entering my vagina, so I thought that this counts as unprotected encounter, that and the bleeding gums had me worried, that's why I seeked information on this forum. I'm not sure that the risk is too low to worry about.

maybe i'm missing something here, but i can't find where you had an unprotected exposure.

a condom was used...that equals SAFE sex.

nothing else you've described put you at risk.
