what about Grafve's disease. it is when the immune system attacks the Thyroid, will that delay the Window period?

i have low white count AND red count, with rash on chest and what looks like bullseye rash on legs. I have been tested for Lupus. No go. I do not have fever, sore throat, swollen glands, etc......just bruising and rash. I have been to an internist, rheumatologist, and tested for cancers.....no answers, just diagnosed with arthritis These rash symptoms are a few months old, but the bruising has been going on for a while. I was urinating blood, and had blood in semen two years ago.....went to Moffit Cancer center.....no results, then the bleeding stopped. I don't know where to go with this......
