Done something a bit stupid. again

I had sex (protected!) yesterday but before the guy put a condom on he slipped inside me and there was definitely pre come. He was very honest with me and said he'd had gonnorhea years ago but was tested for HIV lots of times since and all was fine. What's the risk from pre come.

Don't know why I keep doing stupid things :(

Yes, it's lower risk. If your past STDs have been treated then you don't have any added concern.

Is the risk lower than normal ejaculation? Is the risk higher because of past STDs?

There is a possible risk. You'll need to test. Since this isn't your first time you know the routine on testing.
