23 days duo test negative

I had 1 month ago a sexual activity with a parner of hiv unknown status, she gave me unprotected oral and we have vaginal sex with condom, my doubts comes when 1 hour before i shave my "parts" and the zone was irritated and when we finished i see briefly the condom like 1 or 2 sec and i dont know if it broke. At 23 days i do a combo test with negative result and i dont know if is reasuring or conclusive. Thanks.

If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters so both people would be very aware of it. Only the urethra needs protection which is what happened in your case, and you can't get HIV when you use a condom because it doesn't enter through cuts during sex.
Oral is not a risk for HIV so your test was a waste of time  -  which is a good thing.

TIme to move on from HIV and enjoy your life.

anxious, im nervous do you think i could realise a condom failure seing the condom like 1-2 seconds, my partner was who pulled it out not me. On internet says is like a ring on the bottom but can breake whitout me knowing?
"it hangs in tatters " from your penis. Do you think you could miss that?
i think no cause i would see my penis without condom and would be very dificult to my partner to take it off.
but u know the mind is so silly and is ******* me.
