Condom broke while girl was menstruating

I was having protected sex with a girl while she was on her period. A ways into intercourse I realized the condom broke. I do not know when it broke or how long I continued to have sex befor I made the discovery. It is my understanding heterosexual males have about a 1/1000 chance of contracting hiv if having unprotected sex with a infected female partner. What is causing me a great deal of anxiety is that she was on her period. Does this increase my risk? Does this warrant a hiv test?

unprotected sex...with or without blood warrants testing.

3 months post exposure will give you a conclusive test result.
