Condom broke

Around two months back I had a partial vaginal sex with a sex worker in Mozambique. Partial because my condom was broken at the last moment & I immediately drag out & I washed my penis. 2-3 days later I have got some mild pain & itchy on the head of my penis but it was not so much painful but something uncomfortable. Few days later the uneasiness was gone. Around 8 weeks later I have got some flu like symptoms, nausea, low fever, and bumps on my back which was coming repeatedly, itching, dizziness, headache, left abdominal pain, muscle pain. Immediately I went to see a doctor and he told me to test the blood & urine. On the basis of urine test he told me that some infection has taken place for that unprotected sex & he prescribed me to take Ciprofloxacin 500mg antibiotics. What are my risks of getting HIV in this case? I am very scared somebody please help me out.

at 8 week mark did your doctor perform a hiv test?
you need testing as the condom broke during intercourse..
a negative test at 8 weeks is good news..rarely turns positive after a 8 week negative..
however, test again at 3 months for a conclusive result..
