I think I have HIV, PLS HELP!!!

Ok here Is my situation, I'm a 26 yrs woman and  I had my relationship for over 1 year, but my boyfriend and I had this fight and we were not together for over 1 month, so in that time I went out with some-one that I thought I used to know, we had anal sex and vaginal sex with-out protection( I know big mistake), but I was confident he was ok, later around on those days my boyfriend and I talked and we came back together, but the thing is that 3 weeks after the encounter with the other guy I started having  a rash on my torso with red patches and later around I started having red little points aroud the rashes, at that time I never thinked it could be hiv, but after that I start having loss of appetite, nauseas, headaches for 1 week along with the rash all together at the same time, and since now its been 3 months and I been having issues with my period, I used to have a 5 days period and since 2 months back I been having 2 days period, and I'm not pregnant!!!  and my actual boyfriend at the time started having ulcers on his penis along with headaches, at that point I become worried and I looked up online and all symptoms matches, the rash that I had I went to the doctor for it and I tried 3 differents creams and no-one was working for it, the rash least me FOREVER, and I been having like this flu symptoms for over  a month now, with sore throats, a lot of tingling on my hands and feets , and cold hands and feets all time,  and I been feeling so tired like I only want to sleep, when I issued to wake up at 8 am everyday and right now I'm waking up at 1pm cuz I feel tired and only want to sleep. my boyfriend and I(ex now BTW) I had to told him what was going on and obviously we are no longer together, I felt I had the responsibility on telling him the true cuz is about a health condition I didn't want it to hide that to him.
I got tested several times: 4th gen test 6 weeks post-exp (neg)
EIA test at the health dep. 2 months post-exp. (neg)
RNA PCR TEST at 3 months (undetec. or under 20 copies/ml)
RNA QUALITATIVE TEST at 3 months  --NEG
MULTISPOT ANTBODIES TEST at 3 months-- NEG
So my questions are, based on my symptoms and my ex-boyfriend symptoms which are NOT caused of anxiety and I knowing my body and I know something is wrong, and knowing the high risk I had, I don't trust any of those tests, I have understood that after acute infection viral load goes down and even could be undetectable after that? its that true, could my viral load be undetectable at 3 months post-exposure?, some people say it goes down cuz antibodies attack the infection and viral load then goes down for certain time, but then I think why antibodies then are not getting detected, RNA test is supposed to detected the virus directly in the blood after 3 weeks post-exp. so there is any way the virus its hidden and RNA QUAL TEST CAN'T DETECT IT AT 3 MONTHS? PLS HELP, I know I have to test again at 6 months, most of people I had read about they tested positive around 5 months post-exposure, so then why they keep saying 3 is conclusive when its not, I mean if a test is conclusive at 3 months , it should apply either if you had high risk exposure or not, and All doctors says that if you had a risk with some-one who is hiv + till 6 months its not conclusive? I'm not getting this right, and I had expend a lot of money on those test which are giving me 0 answers, pls help me there is another test that I could take or somehting!!!

A conclusive test can be done with a 4th generation duo at 28 days post exposure and does not turn positive after 5 o 6 months as stated by our member. Testing guidelines and window periods are set forth by experts in the field and those are what we go by. You've tested conclusively negative.  We wish you the best and are closing this discussion.

Any test is conclusive after 3 months and the 4th gen at 28 was also conclusive, so you shouldn't worry about HIV.

You interact with other people so colds, flu and sore throats are to be expected. Symptoms are not used to diagnose HIV so I skimmed over them, which make up most of your post so I might have missed something else so I will ask this question. Since you mistrusted the tests, did your boyfriend also test?

Hi there thanks for try helping me over here, My ex-boyfriend did tested and tested neg, and the other guy I tooked him for test and he tested neg as well, but he had a relationship 1 month before me so if he just got it he probably still on his window period, I don't really trust the 3 months window period cuz my body just don't feel the same and I never had a flu this long is awful. I actually had spoken to ppl who test pos at  5 months post exp. and 6 months
Whoever you talked to is just giving anecdotal evidence so take that with a grain of salt. We rely on the opinions of expert doctors instead, for the guidelines I stated.
