please help me .. oral sex

hi , i just cannot move on from this. This week i met a transexual from the internet and went to her place for fun.
the things that happened were
1)kissing
2) Licked her shaft (not the head of penis) from my tounge for about 10 seconds. this was from sideways.. never took her **** in my mouth.. just toungue and licked it.
3) She sucked head of my penis and took my **** in her mouth 2 times in 3 seconds thats all ..
I am constantly worried about HIV because different website say different things.
is licking the shaft risk of hiv with the toungue and recieving oral ?

These are anxiety driven questions which suggest that either you just want to hear the same answers repeatedly or that you did not read my comment carefully.

"Have you ever...."  Read my final paragraph- if I had ever seen such a case, I would not have said "no cases".  I also answered your question about testing in the same paragraph.

As for how much HIV is needed to establish an infection, this too is ia silly question- the fact is a single, viable HIV virus in the right place starts HIV infections in newly acquired HIV.  That transmission is rare confirms that the virus does not live well and is transmitted poorly from person to person.

Please no more repetitive, anxiety driven "what if..." of "how does...." questions.  This thread is now over.  EWH

thanks a lot doctor .. you have completely understood my situation. After i had that incident with the tranny last time i posted that triggered HIV for me. I almost stopped having sex. I had 13 HIV test after that. I am not sure if even u would have seen any one doing 13 hiv test after an incident.. But anyway that TRIGGERED HIV anxiety for me.
Thats why when i met this tranny this week and i had those issues again.

I am not sure why there is so much conflict advise regarding oral sex on the internet.. all the doctors say its a risk its a risk. The other day on the HIV prevention forum one guy posted that he is hiv positive after he recieved oral sex.

I want to move on but just want your answers on the following please.

Have you ever had a patient with you or your HIV experts friends , colleagues or literature who got HIV from recieving oral sex or licking the penis shaft ?

if i say that it might be blood on the penis shaft which  i licked does that change your opinion ?

Can i move on safely without worrying about HIV or to test ?

Also one general question is that do u need small amount of blood or semen to get hiv or even very small saliva or blood can affect u ??

Welcome back to the Forum, sort of.  You have now made over 50 posts (not counting those that were deleted) since May) to our Forum and mention that you continue to search the internet for information which appears more to frighten you than anything else.  Before I answer your questions let me offer you some additional advice

1.  Consider your situation.  If you engage in sexual activity, take the steps to have a  pleasurable and healthy interaction.  If instead each time you have sex it causes you fear and anxiety, I suggest you speak with a mental health professional about your approach to sexuality and sexual interactions with others.  It sounds to me like you are paying a high price in terms of anxiety and fear following your sexual encounters.

2.  Stay of the internet. While there is much good information there, there is also much mis-information which serves no purpose other than to generate anxiety and fear for persons such as yourself.  This is not good for you and you appear to have trouble discerning what is good information and what is not.

As for the questions you have asked and which have been answered multiple times before- there is no risk for HIV from kissing, from placing your tongue on your partner's penis or from receipt of oral sex, even if your partner had HIV which is unlikely. There are no instances in which HIV has been proven to be acquired in these activities.  I would not worry and can tell you that there is no medical reason for testing related to these events.

I hope these comments are helpful to you. EWH
