In november 23 last year I had sexual Intercourse with a sex worker i touched her vagina with my finger after that I got the condom on then she gave oral sex bacause I was having trouble getting an erection, then i did and i penetrated in the vagina, a couple of weeks later I started experience small red bumps and they get itchy in my legs, then my sides or my torso moved to my stomache, even my light shirts bothers them,  same week dry sore throat no fever, some times i get light sweats at night, the bumps itchiness moved to my hands appears inside my palm between fingers with small ammount of cleae liquid, on dicember 20th went to a clinic for std test i can't recall which generation was used but they took blood from my arm and urine sample, came back negative, the  itchines and sore dry throat wont go away,  on January  10th which is 49 days from the incident, went to the health department in Orange County California they took blood sample, swapped my mouth and urine sample, came back negative, keeping in mind this whole time i've been very stressed, depressed worried about my wife, my sore throat wont go away and its been over a month, I guess my question is at 7 weeks from the incident how reliable is the 4th generation test is now in days, and i went back to the clinic week later to ask them if i need another test she told me my simptoms its from something else and I do not need to take another test, please help because my dry throat and small red bumps wont stop also when i go to urinate from a week ago the tip of my penis stings, I've read online, and God help me theres soo many informations that contradict themselves its driving me crazy, I don't know what to do anymore, I'm waiting on my new result from a different clinic went on the 25 of this month, in advanced thank you for ready my message and concerns keep up the God work. Almost forgot doctor prescribed allergic pills about my itchy skin, and acid reflux pills for my throat and non of them helpes, and my symptoms last week still the same only that my ears got clogged in the last week, again please help.

Congratulations on your negative HIV test.  This was expected as HIV is not transmitted through oral sex.  If you are concerned about symptoms, please see your doctor as they are unrelated to HIV.  We wish you the best of health and are closing this thread.

Hello there, its me still worried about my situación, i know u said its not std symptom what I'm having,  this sore throat it just doesn't go away, i notice way back in my throat its very red, i don't have fever, just when i breath thru my nose i feel it, I'm wondering if you had someone in this forum who had this chronic sore throat please share it, in my head I still think its HIV I took an oraquick test home test kit yesterday, and it was non reactive, which is 11.5 weeks from incident, doctors prescribed antibiotics a

Z pack, allergies pills and acid reflux medication and none of them worked, please help me, I'm trapped, sometimes I just wanna dissappear, very stressful can't sleep right, my motivations to live are low I don't wanna work anymore, please share all information you have, it will be appreciated, thank you.

One more update,  got my recent one 64 days from incident 9.5 weeks, and thank God is non reactive, symptoms are getting better, this got to be the worst thing ever to go thru, and I don't  wish it to nobody, take care, i will wait 12 weeks now just to make sure and get closure, thank you again for your info and patient.

An update, i receibe my delayed test today which was my second one done, i've gotten first and third ona at 30 and 49 days from exposure, but my second one some how was delayed and was done ar 42 days and it came back negative, tomorrow i will receibe my 4th one which is at 64 days 9 weeks,symptoms are still there working on calming myself down trying to avoid them, this situation its killing me.

Life wasn't meant to be lived like this and doesn't have to be, so you will be better off spending your money on one on one therapy instead of tests.

Haha, ok I get it, my symptoms won't let me believe it, but I trust your info I hope my symptoms will go away and move on with my life, I'm going to do my best being positive and not bring myself down do to what goes thru my head and my guilts, stupid mistake i just want to leave it behind and make sure never happens again, God bless you.

Maybe every time you get the frights thinking you have noticed a symptom, ask yourself if maybe it is male pregnancy, then that might calm you down.

Hard to say if the test will relieve you, since if you think about it, is a total waste of time - It is right up there on a level of testing to see if she made you pregnant. Not trying to be sarcastic, but seriously think about what I wrote above before testing.

Thank you for your quick answer, all this thing if very confusing, i've never had this symptoms before, one more thing when I start getting itchy also my wife with sinus and throat problems, but her throat got better with in 1 week, please understand that I'm worry and assuming the worse, with if the girl rip the condom with her teeth and i did not change it, my wife's sking still itches but she don't have those small bumps on her skin, sorry again for my insistence about the question, at 7 weeks 4th generation conclusive? If a condom fails, it is catastrophic, and splits wide open, so microtears that you are worrying about are just a myth.

Why wouldn't she have sinus problems too, just like everyone else on this planet who catches colds including you? You likely gave her your cold. You have no HIV symptoms. The itches are likely in your and her head, from fear and over-analyzing her and your body. If you disagree, check it out with your doctor because no one can diagnose you from here.
Condoms can't protect against std though, so if you do another vaginal with someone new, you need to tell your wife so she is aware of the risks she will have. There is an std forum where you can learn about it.

HIV is inactivated in saliva so you had ZERO risk from oral. Only risks are unprotected vaginal and anal which you didn't have so you had ZERO risk.
You are claiming a lot of symptoms . All your symptoms are from fear making you over-analyze yourself or else you have a flu like everyone gets 3 times a year or something your doctor needs to work with you to diagnose.

You wasted your time testing. Accept what the clinic and your doctor said that your problems are from something else.
