Is there a risk of hiv?

Lying in bed last night, I suddenly found two spots of blood on the tip of the index finger and middle finger of my left hand. I thought about it. After washing my hands at night, there were three activities: one was to eat a takeaway, and the other was that the pimple above my mouth broke and shed some blood. However, I wiped it with a paper towel at that time, so I shouldn't have touched my hands. The third is to buckle the scab bag on the head with the hand, which is similar to folliculitis. Now I'm worried that the blood on my hands will be hiv blood deliberately put in food by merchants or takeout agents, and will I be infected?
