Condoms, Cunnilingus & HIV

Hi all,

I always sleep around with random girls I meet at bars and occasionally some high class escorts on business trips.

My acts are always protected vaginal sex & sometimes unprotected cunnilingus.

I know that this is HIV risk free, but recently I was told by a friend that condoms are not 100% safe & cunnilingus might expose me to vaginal fluid/menstrual blood and thus there are some risks although relatively small.

Thus can I please have an update about my concerns ?

One more query, if I sleep with an HIV+ lady multiple times (3-4) times but I used a condom. Does this qualify as a risk or is it also 100% safe ?

Thanks,

Teak l'm really grateful for your quick response.

So according to your assessment I have no HIV risk from the condom protected sex and unprotected cunnilingus.

Therefore, testing is not warranted right ?

Thank you,

Latex condoms, when used consistently and correctly, are highly effective in preventing the sexual transmission of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. In addition, consistent and correct use of latex condoms reduces the risk of other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including diseases transmitted by genital secretions, and to a lesser degree, genital ulcer diseases. Condom use may reduce the risk for genital human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and HPV-associated diseases, e.g., genital warts and cervical cancer.
Laboratory studies have demonstrated that latex condoms provide an essentially impermeable barrier to particles the size of STD pathogens.
