Confused about test Results

Dear Dr. HHH and Dr. Hook,

I am a long time user of your forum and very appreciative of all of the help you have given me in the past. I'm currently in a very committed relationship and very happy with the way things are progressing. I went for my yearly physical this Monday and along with a Lipid Panel, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, and Hepatitis Panel, I got my yearly HIV test as well (Last Unprotected Sexual Encounter was December 2013). The Blood was collected in 3-4 tubes (can't remember) on 4/28 at 8:53, Recieved 4/29 at 2:07 and Reported 4:30 at 11:54 from Quest diagnostics. All of the results came back on one 3 page report.

What bothers and confuses me is that the report started with the Hepatitis Panel (All NON-REACTIVE) then the Lipid Panel which were all in the normal range. Then between the Lipid and Comprehensive Metabolic it says this...
"SPECIMEN INTEGRITY COMPROMISED
Whole blood, unspun or partially spun gel barrier tube was recieved more than 6 hours since collection. A false elevation of K, Phos and LD as well as a false decrease in glucose may occur due to prolonged contact with red cells."

Then the Comprehensive Metabolic panel is listed (all within normal limits) followed by HIV AB, HIV 1/2, EIA, WITH REFLEXES, HIV 1/2 EIA AB SCREEN (NON-REACTIVE) and HSV 1 IGG <0.90 (normal) HSV 2 IGG <0.90 (normal)

My Questions...
1) This "Specimen Integrity" disclaimer; would it have anything at all to do with the HIV test or affect the validity of my negative result? Can I trust that I am 100% HIV-free? I tried calling my Primary Care who is extremely unhelpful and Quest diagnostics was very "confidential" about what little help it could give me.
2) Does the fact that my blood waited overnight or was potential "unspun" or "partially unspun" have anything to do with the results? I am currently studying medicine and very interested in learning more about the process and would appreciate any answers and education you can provide.

Thanks!

I have found great comfort and information in this forum over the years and truly don't mean to be a bother to anyone; I just don't fully understand this report and hoped this would be the best place for help.

I didn't mean to question a conclusive result and I'm sorry if it seemed like a waste of time. I am confused that the result stated "specimen integrity compromised" as to whether or not it applied to the entire blood work. I meant to post in the expert forum as my doctor and quest diagnostics offered no explanation.

I am again very sorry and will wait to hear what one of the doctors say.
