Constant Dizziness/scared

Hi,
About 2.5 weeks ago I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex with a woman that I had only recently met.  Ever since the day after I have been experiencing a feeling of constant lightheadedness with no other symptoms.  Sometimes it is worse than others, but it doesn't seem to ever go away.  The woman said that she gets tested for everything frequently and I believe her.  I have been in touch with her and I trust her.  However she does have an active sexual life, and I am just wondering If this type of symptom could be related to HIV, and if so would the symptom appear so early if I was infected.  I checked all of the condoms and they were all intact so I feel like I should be pretty safe, but I get extremely worried about this sort of thing.

Please help thanks

They don't contract HIV if that didn't have an exposure.

Thanks,
Are you a doctor or health care professional?  I am new to this site.  Do people who worry about HIV to such an extent ever actually get it.  How often does someone post comment after comment terrified of HIV transmission, and then end up having it?  I have always had irrational fears about HIV and end up with peculiar symptoms whenever I have sex with someone new.

You never had a risk of contracting HIV.
