Cough with blood droplets

Hi,

A HIV+ person was coughing a lot and he was coughing up a bit of blood. The blood was mixed in with the sputum. He coughed on me and I was worried the sputum with the blood got in eye. Should I get tested and be on PEP?

I was working at the ER at the time in the triage area.

you just so happened to be VERY close to a person with hiv...and he just so happened to cough...and there just so happened to be blood mixed in with his sputum...and you think it just so happened to get into your eye.
