Could I infect HIV in this situation?
I traveld to Thailand and had sex with a sex worker(female) in a register soapy massage place.
No blow job or anal at all. Condom is used during the sex, which is a female top situation.
However after I ejected, I didn't pull out my penis immediately. When the female worker stood up, the condom was left inside of vagina. I am not sure that whether there was vegnal secretion fell on my penis, but my semen went out from the condom and fell on my body.
I immediately washed my penis.
Could I get infected in this situation?

No, you were protected during the whole encounter and were not exposed to HIV.
