HIV by food whith blood on

Hi,
i´m worried about catching HIV by a Hamburger i ate. Having bleeding gums (i.e. while brushing teeth) i saw blood on the lower side of a burger bun. Unfortunately i saw it after having bitten in it, there was blood (definately no sauce/Ketchup). I thought it was my blood, now i´m not longer shure, since it was liitel darker like frsh blood.
CDC says no problem as other sites do so as well. Often the arguments are, that the virus is fragile and loosing its infectinouness after a few minutes. BUT: I.e. aidsmap says, hiv does survive for several hours, not only for minutes.
Having a weird (like swollen) feeling under my left ear (no swollen lymph nodes) 7 day after the event, i´m afraid of havin catched HIV.
Could anyone give me some more information?

Best regard

Things like this DONT happen. This is anxiety driven fear. You DONT get infected by HIV through food. There have been many stories like this on the internet. Hiv through bananas, hamburgers, in pineapple etc are just stories. I suggest you forget about this episode an move on . You had no risk.
