Could i be infected!?? plz help

Hi im 18yrs old male ... 3-4 weeks ago i had sex with a condon but oral sex unprotected then i started noticing the symptoms headache diarreah a big sore on my gums tht swells up every now and then but wont go away ... then afyer the symptoms my penis started hurting burning sensation when i pee urge to go every minute So went to see 2 different dr 1st. one perscribed 2 azithromycin 500mg tablets that didint help at alll ... So i went to ER were the doctor immediatly said i could have an std  check my urine and a other painful test (swab goes down urethra) urine test came back negative the other im still waiting But he put a shot down my butt and perscribed 20caps of doxycyclibe And tht stopped the pain in urerthra and the urge but the urge has come back with other symp like swollen throat and sore on back of tongue MOST OTHER SYMPTOMS ARE GONE like headache pain in head of penis is gone color of pee back to normal even diarrhea Can anybody five me their 2nd opinion on this pls and thank you


1st sypmtoms
headache
cold sore on gums
diarreah
pain on penis
pain during urinating
fatigue
fever but it goes away after a couple hrs or minutes


SYMPTOMS AFTER ANTIBIOTICS
SOREs in mouth / toungue
swollen throath
urge to pee every hr
rashes *go away on their own*
stomach pains chest pains *not always but when i do get em they go away pretty fast*

If you are concern about the way you feel see your doctor. It has nothing to do with HIV.

But how is it tht im getting worse?? wat can i do to help my sore throath and im going to admit it her vigana smelled really bad she had a rash on both her legs i know im the biggest idiot out there!!

oral sex doea not transmit hiv.and condom sex is safe sex you did not bit yourself at risk.

Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV, you've never had an exposure.
