Your symptoms are not due to HIV. The two exposures you describe are virtually no risk and you now have not two different HIV tests which have told you that you are not infected.

Kissing is no risk, even deep kissing and even with gum, dental disease. or recent dental work The quoted figure for HIV risk, if one has oral sex with an infected partner is less than 1 in 10,000 and, in my estimation that is too high. Some experts state there is no risk at all from oral sex. Neither of us on this site have ever seen or reading the medical literature of a convincing instance in which HIV was passed by oral sex and the risk from kissing, even deep kissing is even lower. You exposures did not even warrant tested, except to relieve your concerns and give you peace of mind. Having now been tested and gotten negative results, you certainly do not need further testing and have no need for concern. Your symptoms are typical of anxiety. EWH
